Before I buy a Slaan I want to post a gimmicky lookin cold one based list. Has anyone had any success in 2000 pt games while using 3 or more CoR units? I am not overly fond of the carnosaur, he just seems like such a cannoneers dream. Is Kroq-Gar a worthwhile endeavor, he seems to expensive in 2000 for me to give him much consideration?

Skinks will probably serve as deployment screens, and the scouts along with the chameleons will just be generaly obnoxius. I wish I could have included huanchis banner. Work your magic, fix this!

I especially like your character setups, although I've never been a fan of the Blade of the revered Tzunki, I think there are cheaper options which will pretty much do the same thing.
I'm worried that if your opponent is able to knock a couple of your CoR units down to size then the army will lack any real punch. If you can screen them well and get their charges off then I see no reason why it can't do well.
Shank of tzunki is awfully expensive. I am tempted to remove it just for the sake of more strentgh somewhere else in the list.
My usual opponent is a dwarf player. Infact both of my usual opponents are dwarf players. I am wondering how well this will hold up to the wrath of the stunties.
When charge time comes around, I want to be able to assist my chargers with a second unit or at least a hero, will that work well against the bearded ones?
I have played brets a few times and think they really wont appreciate an army that is mounted. Assuming I charge bait the brets and get to make the charges I think my CoRs will outclass them in combat, bad assumption?
It seems to me, like every lizardmen army, if the skinks do their job all will work out well.

I would caution you against units of 5 SCOR. You will be losing your look-out sir rule very quickly. This can be deadly against the Dwarf Machines and guns. I'm not sure that 5 SCOR + charachter (which in my experience will not make it to a fight unharmed) won't beat a dwarf block straight up. You'll kill ~6 on the charge, he'll have a static res of 6 or 7. He wins or stays on his Ld 10. Fear might be your biggest winner but won't work against Longbeards. Just something to think about. There are a couple things I would change but in general it is a pretty fun list. I like SCOR so I hope you rock the house. I am stoked to eventually get my dino riders list going.
Its a nice themed list. The Blade of Tzunki is too expensive, try maybe using a Great weapon as he will then have S 7 so will reduce armour by 4 so a even an ironbreaker will only have a save of 5+ in combat. With this change you save 59 poits which combined with the 9 points you had left over gives you another 11 Skinks to use as a screen.
Playing dwarfs this is a good army as it is fast. I think Chameleon skinks are basically the same as skink scouts but cost twice as much. Get rid of them and replace them with terradons as these will be a lot better at taking out those pesky war machines. Another way to get rid of war machines is the Curse Charm of Tepok, its 20 points though it could lead to a dwarf organ gun exploding which would be evry nice.
If I was a dwarf army facing a CoR force I would simply form a gunline. To fight this tactic I would have loads and loads of skinks to act as screens and then scouting skinks, terradons (they are fragile so take quite a lot of them) and the charm of Tepok to battle warmachines. Salamanders are good at taking out troops with their breath but if I was to choose out of the sallies and terradons I would go terradons.
Nice list though, this is all just my opinion and I dont know what models you have or how your opponents play.
