Gotta run in a bit so can't give it the complete review I'd like to, but offhand I can say you will likely see a very poor return on investment at 1k with your scroll caddy.

Just give the Scar Vet a Sp o' Tepok, same dispel dice, you'll only get hit by 2 more spells all game at most, and they won't do anywhere near enough to you to counter all the stuff you can get with that 100+ points to spend elsewhere on your list.

If you are DEAD SET on going Sk. Priets for some reason, while I still doubt you'll ever get your points worth at 1k (it's going to be a handicap no matter how you cut it), get either two of them, or get one with L2 and a Diadem so when you face a foe with no offensive magic you can strip your dispel dice into powerdice and have 6 to cast with you (2 spells at 3 each) or if you have a foe with a TON of magic you can hit him with 5 dispel dice a turn at 1k using the diadem the opposite way. [note if you do this, remember if you win the roll for picking who goes first, the way you use the diadem can effect which you want]

Nothing else I see glaringly noteworthy offhand. I'm sure I could chime in some opinions on what units take or what the Scar Vet is equiped with but in the end those aren't weak choices you have so nothing stands out as being 'bad'.

Looks overall pretty good, good luck with it.

Give a Rep Star if you like what someone said. Especially Me. I'm an unabashed Star whore. Blame my 2nd grade teacher and those stupid good behavior stickers. I'm just conditioned. I'm the Pavlov's Dog of stars.
