Had this consideration sitting in my cold-blooded head for some time, and managed to bring the motivation to make this topic (do point me in the right direction if there's already such a thread with a somewhat similar title), which is to see what everyone's favourite moment(s) with the Lizardmen.
I'll start off with my two, with the first one being in the very first day of the Battle of da Bosses campaign. I had only a single regiment of Saurus Warriors with spears that time (the unit champion had a spear instead of the champion weapon, therefore cutting the number of attacks the unit had at the front down by one. Oops! 0_0! I converted that after this time), and was deployed near a hill that I took advantage of in the first turn; high ground helps when you've got a unit that packs spears or halberds (pikes would've been even more fun, but I didn't go with a Dogs of War list or even considered mercenaries). I was nailed for two turns by Fireball-flinging magic until I finally got charged by a regiment of Clanrat Slaves, which I seem to enjoy fighting since it was the first unit that I actually got to fight in my very first game of Warhammer. I don't happen to remember much on the rolls, but I do know that I nailed twice as many Slaves than they did to two Saurus, which impressed me a lot. Managed to win that combat round, but ended up losing them in the pursuit rolls as I run straight into part of a line of Orc Boyz; these thugs were about as tough as my own Saurus Warriors, but only had average leadership (and that's without the Cold Blooded rule in place. Gotta love being cold blooded. ^_^). The aftermath of where I was fighting didn't go very well, as we had to finish up our combats as quickly as possible (I ended up being butchered down to the last saurus in the progress. -_-), but it was worth it for the experience.
My second was from the final weeks of the campaign back in either February or March (boy, time sure flies). In the second last campaign battle (the one before the final one, that is; it involved destroying some ship that was dropping off units at a specific point, and there were insurgents that Gazgurt hired for sabotage business), I used a regiment of about 14 Skinks packing blowpipes and a Brave, which also included my Skink Chief and Skink Priest. I deployed on the far left side - from where I was standing, the store entrance was to my far right past the table - next to a rather large (I'm talking about 40-50 models here) regiment of Dwarf Warriors, and was prepared to move about in order to provide flanking support. This ploy didn't go as planned, as I was nailed by a couple or so rounds of magic (the most bothersome was one of the Dark Emissary's spells which caused half a regiment's models to attack itself). Miraculously, I survived with plenty of Skinks in tact (as well as passing leadership tests with some absurd rolls which left me wondering how I even survived through the battle) so that I'd be able to nail down on the Emissary, taking him down to about one wound and requiring a final round of darts to finish him. I managed to take him out, in the final turn of the battle with a poisoned dart in a second round of blowpipe shooting (seems poisoned weapons really does makes things easier when facing small or lone units, and I was using both blowpipe shots per skink in order to ensure that darn Emissary was D-E-A-D dead.).
I hereby look forward to reading about other players' best moments in the future. A salute!
It's hard for me to single out a single greatest moment. I don't have 2000pts yet so it's really any time a unit of 12 skinks take out a much more costly and better equipped unit with poison darts!
I myself happen to have more than 2000 points of Lizardmen, though I haven't been able to play a single 2000 points game yet (only a couple 1000 points games).
Indeed, the two poisoned rounds of skink blowpipes were a very good choice for that campaign battle; I made good use of them that time, though I wish I could say the same for by two regular battles.
Mine would be 20 skinks (2 lots of 10) with blowpipes taking out virtully an entire ogre army. you have to love the poison).
My funny moment with skinks was also during the battle of the bosses, my opponent had a unit of 3 iron guts, my skinks with javalins ran out of the forest, killed one, they fled, in his turned the iron guts rallied. Then in my turn the skinks moved forward, killed another, and the ogres fled again, but this time they didn't rally in his turn and fled of the board, funny how the irons guts didn't know if they should have stayed or rallied.
But my very best lizardman moment was with a unit of 20 saurus with full command, quetzle and sotek markings, with a scar vet inside with the sword of the hornet. I was playing against a dwarf opponent, who had a block of 20 warriors, 20 long beards, 10 gunners, and an organ gun. I only block of saurus advanced closer to his lines, and by the time I was in charging range all I had left was 10 saurus and the scar vet, against 2 blocks of 20 dwarfs, I decided it was better to chage the fully ranked dwarves, since if I didn't I would be hit on the flank and fronk by the 2 dwarve units, and my saurus arn't good for much else besides combat, I ended causing 5 casualties to the dwarf warrior unit, and beat them by one, the broke and I ran them down, in my turned I turned around to charge the longbeards, he reformed and in my turned charged 20 longbeards with a thane in it. Due to shooting I only had 7 saurus left, charged the longbeards in the front, got a little help from skinks charging the flank, killed 5 dwarves, again beat them by one, he fled and I ran him down, great run of luck for me, and a lot of bad luck for my opponent, great fun though.
my favorite moment has to be the rampage of my carnosaur 2 nights ago
i was vsing another lizard player right but he was using the standard slaan 2 mages 3 units of skinks, steg, saurus warriors and temple guard
it was pretty even till my carny hit his steg, it wiped it out then overan into skinks, wiped em out overan into saurs broke them and in running them down overan into the temple guard and then promptly killing all of them AND the slaan before finally charging his last skink unit which promptly ran ... on the 6th turn ha!
he not only got his 500 points back but added an extra 1500 to it! seriously there was only 250 points of skinks left including 1 mage left that he never killed (they did die though the skinks to my steg and saurus and the mage to a misscast)

I've had many a great moment and can't hope to name or even remember them all. But I will tell you of one funny moment I had a few games ago.
After most of my army had bounced off this bone giant which was being a complete nightmare, my Slann said "oh ffs" and killed him with a conflageration of doom from the other side of the table! :hail:
I have a good moment against lizardmen:
My alter noble charges into a skink unit (consisting of 5, 10 died from magic etc, turn 3) and wiped out the whole unit, afterwords overuning into another unit of skinks.
Next turn he killed 4 skinks, and they fled, he persued into 17 saurus warriors engaged in combat with treeman, the noble managed to kill 5, and treeman killed 2.
My alter noble was finnally taken out by a skink priest with the commet exploding having been stored for 3 turns, killed 4 dryads, wounding my treeman twice, and killing of my wizard and noble.
The fight was a minor massacre for me :C
Float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee!
Once, I had 1 Kroxigor and 1 Salamander (which was subject to stupidity), while my opponent had 1 Skaven Engineer (Wizard), if he killed my Kroxigor, he won, if not, I won. I hid behind a hill in the last turn to hide from the spell. He moved within range of casting magic but then blew himself up while trying to cast. It was my first win!
The Rep Thumb is to the left of my post, in case you didn't see it.
Last night I rolled a 10, 10, & 6 on the artillery dice for my salamander unit. It felt gooooood.
