I've been sceptical as how to paint my lizardmen army. I didnt really want to go with the original blue colours(although it is pretty cool). The thing is, I've had trouble finding pictures of lizardmen painted in any other way.
I was wondering if anyone could provide some links to pictures, or post their own. If not recommendations for paint schemes would be great!
Don't forget the LO Showcase - there are quite a few painted lizzies over yonder
I've seen some Lizardmen armies that look pretty cool painted with earthy colors (Brown, Dark Red, Light Brown) or you could try Blood Red scales with Chaos Black skin (simple, yet effective).
The Rep Thumb is to the left of my post, in case you didn't see it.
I painted a unit of saurus Fiery Orange with Red Gore scales... It is a real eye catcher haha but more in the lines of 'Aaaah it's to bright!'
But you kinda can't go wrong with lizardmen... There are reptiles in all the colors of the rainbow so pick a color you like and stick it on them
Though I might have gone overboard with it... as my armycolor is very hard to spot thanks to all the different colors hehe ;?
