I've bought two packs of saurus cavalry, and they came with four of these little multi-headed snakes. After looking at a jungle swarm pack, I've thought about using the snakes to build some jungle swarms. My friend gave me four bases from his Ogre Kingdoms, and I was thinking about buying a single jungle swarm pack. Does anyone think it would be viable to mix the metal swarms in with the plastic snakes to make 6 swarms? Thanks.

Sure go for it... once their painted nobody can see what the metal or plastic ones are. (if they don't know the model that is )
My problem is more why would anyone use swarms? I find them way to expensive for what they can do. Sure they are unbreakable but with the swarm gets CR difference damage rule, they die way to fast. But maybe I'm using them wrong as I rarely use them anyway...
Jungle swarms used to be my fave lizardmen unit, I'd always take a unit of 5 or 6 in any 2k list. It's a shame that now they die so fast that they're simply not worth the points anymore.
As for the conversion idea, I say go for it! 8Y
Well, their reputation is why I wanted to convert some rather than buy all of them. That way I don't feel too cheated if they are poor in the game because I'll have a few cool looking models. Anyways, thanks for the helpful words.
