Skink priest -- dispel scroll -- 125 p.
magic level 2
Skink priest -- Rod of the strorm -- 145 p.
magic level 2-scout
10 Skink skirmisher -- scout--blow pipe -- 70 p.
10 Skink skirmisher -- blow pipe -- 60 p.
10 Skink skirmisher -- javelin and shield -- 60 p.
7 chamaleon skinks -- stalker -- 111 p.
3 terradons -- brave -- 115 p.
3 salamander hunting pack 195 p.
Total 1000 pts.

Stegadon Helm for the extra Ld is a must on your chief. Ld 5 isn't going to cut it .
well the chief have D 6 and without the staff of the lost sun the chief it's useless, i can put another skink priest insted..
I'd reccomend giving the second priest the diadem of power as with this little beauty of an item you could generate 8 power dice or use it to boost your magic defense giving you 6 dispel dice. 6 dispel dice is good for 2,000 points let alone 1,000.
i think u should go full magic with 3 priests and just hope for th best when it comes to Ld, give the third priest diadem it rocks. I also find power stones useful the other day i was playing 1000 points against VC and i got off a comet in the first turn. For the leadership you could do the sacred spawning list which makes you immune to psychology i dont have my book so i dont know what its called but its one of these
