I was also thinking about buying a stegadon (after the plastic box set comes out), a saurus lord, and some terradons. How would i or should i incorperate them?
Please don't include points costs of individual models or upgrades. I've edited your post. Thanks
As for the list:
You may benefit from dropping a Skink Hero for a Scar-Vet (with jaguar Charm say). Also I don't think the Cloak is really necessary, unless you plan on using a flying skink hero in a similar way to the Jag. Vet.
Make 2 units of your Skinks into Skirmishers.
Depending on if you're looking to put the Slann with them or not, the Temple Guard could possibly do with some changes.
Id advise running the Saurus 6 wide, 2 deep, with Music and Champ only. You may even to be able to afford 2 units of these. However, more Krox will always be better than any amount of saurus imo (atleast until Lizzies get redone)
For your Cav, drop the Warbanner and get them the magic banner that gives them a free move in the magic phase. Its essentially an easy flank/rear charge on any unit (Move up along side them in the movement phase)
See if you can boost the Krox to 4 strong. And i don't think the extra points for +1A on a Champ is really worth it lol.

As for the list:
on a side note, the sun standard of chotek does a -1 to hit on what ever unit that its in, so, if my slann has one and so does my temple guard, will they stack to a -2 to hit?
For non-scouting skinks, giving the shield and javelin is a better option in my opinion. It gives them a small armor save against shooting, which could possibly help them survive as longer as screens. Also, you could drop one of the units of scouting skinks for a unit of five chameleon skinks. They are AMAZING.
I like my temple guard to be at least 15-20 models strong to ensure they stay in combat awhile. In addition, giving the slann the banner which gives the unit fear prevents your unit from autobreaking. For the regular saurus block, I would recommend dropping them or putting a scar-vet in there to support them; either way, you should probably put a scar-vet in the list to help out your close combat. There are lots of tricks you can use with the saurus: spawnings for more dispel dice, big block with the gleaming pendant of chotec on a hero, or a six-wide, two rank unit for support. The last thing about the saurus block is to drop the spears; it doesn't really give them enough extra combat effectiveness to be worth the points investment.
Drop the ancient on your kroxigors; if your opponents has a character to challenge him, it'll really mess up that combat for you. Also, drop the command group on your cavalry to cheapen them up. Another suggestion for your current list is to have two units of salamanders, x1 and x2. You'll appreciate being able to shoot at multiple targets with them.
If you're set on using some jungle swarms, you can use the reptiles that come with the cold one riders and combine them with the actual hungle swarm models. Get some more bases and you'll have a lot more swarms to try out!
Hope some of my suggestions helped and good luck!
