I was looking at the Dragon Ogre Shaggoth model the other day, and couldn't help wondering if anyone had ever converted one of them into a Carnosaur model or something like that? Has anyone ever even heard of someone doing this before? I'm thinking of maybe doing it, but I'd like to know if anyone has before, so I can see if the end result was worth the effort....
Y not just buy the Carnosuar????? Its not like the model looks bad, in fact, imma have to say that the carnosaur is one of the better lizzie models!
I had never even thought of that - so kudos to you. I've never seen one, but I think it would be a great idea to convert one. The one problem I've always had with the shaggoth was the silly top looked like a drunken ogre or something. THe lizard body is great though. I'd consider using the high elf dragon head (spiky version) and maybe a portion of his neck (heavily converted) for the carnosaur. Maybe use a new Temple Guard body or cold one rider body to make the guy on top.
The hairy back may give you some trouble. keep us informed if you decide to do this.

Sounds like a good idea to me! Only problem is it'll be a bit too upright without the ogre bit, bit like the t-rexes in the old movies.
