just going to vent.
Dear GW, as a former employee (twice) I would like to thank you for making skinks a rank and file unit when the models were not intended to be rank and file. thank you for making my skinks all nimbly bimbly on their bases. thank you!
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- dge
Pointless two line rant there.
And by the way, if you make the effort to look across at the very next page in the army book, you'll see that Skinks can still be taken as skirmishers, in fact few people take them as rank and file unless to get Kroxigors to the enemy's line quicker without getting shot down.
apparently sarcasm is lost on some. haha..... really they can skirmish too? OOOOH LAWDY LAWDY WHAT AM I GOIN' DO.
guess my 2000 pt list that has 2 blocks of 24 skinks with 3 kroxigors and one squad of 10 skirmishing is a legal list.
ok for those who are making trying to get already assembled skinks that didnt have to worry about ranking up now rank up i feel your pain.

oh and i dont take them in rank and file to keep missles off them. i take them to give me the 3 ranks standard and outnumber they need.
Well you know you can always heat up the tail a bit with a lighter, and bend them slighty so they don't get in the way as much
good suggestion busta but i am an old lizzard player so most were primed/painted. hence my venting, getting 24 to fit on a movement tray is a pain when they were assembled skirmishers
Dear Thread Poster - you fail at life.
