I was wondering how you would make a swamp base, something along the lines of this:
Kerr & King 40mm Swamp Bases -Plain
I've tried using PVA over a painted base, it was painted in a browny greenish murky colour but the PVA takes ages to dry. I've never tried GW water effect on a flat surface, if anyone has let me know how it went.
This hasn't been generally stuffed here it is for my lizardman army.
If anyone has any suggestions or tutorials they've used or made or anything they would be greatly appreciated.
well, I think i would use putty or something alike to make little walls around my tile... (so that you can fill it up with something) and than use resin in two thin layers.
still it will take ages to dry... but probably less than the PVA you used
since the layers are just really thin there isnt much resin needed...
Ow and first make the first layer of resin, let it dry, paint over it with catachan green to make it look murky and then apply the second layer
