1: There is a special rule that has the quick to fire special rule but they dont mention Blowpipes in the weapons section (darn it). Are blowpipes considered Quick to Fire?
2: Before, salamanders didn't get the -1 to hit because they had U3. But here is the kicker! There is no longer any unit strengths! And the new skrimisher rules does not say anything about not getting the -1 to hit. So in that way, wouldn't people get -1 to hit against them?

Skirmishers now can shoot after they have marched, as long as they dont have the move and fire rule, which salamanders dont. Which would make them able to move their full 12" and still be able to flame?
Thoughts about the new skirmishers which in my opinion would make Skinks and Salamanders veeery good to use
