I just wanted to know in our great arsenal of units &/or magical weapons/items, what would we "as Lizardmen players" be able to take/use to take down "The Skulltaker" riding on a juggernaut?
He is just hardcore & he was able to massacre a full block of 25 Saurus Warriors & push back a block of 24 skinks plus 3 kroxigors so any helpful advice is well appreciated thanx.
i instantly see you fail saurus are to expensive so use skinks lots of skinks a horde of them and have 5 kroxigors REMEMBER he CANT attack you kroxigors and they have great wep. he cant first begin to attack hem in melle then, they are in the front becose of to few skinks for a front (3 skinks or less) but that was about that hope it help for the old ones
Is he riding a juggernaut?
The most effective weapon I've found with my dwarfs so far is to hack the crap out of the unit he is with and beat him with pure simple combat resolution. If he fails his test by 2 he dies.
Massed high strenght attacks might be able to kill him eventually, but on jugger he has a 0+ save, which is highly annoying.
If he is alone then the charge of an ancient steg with stegadon war spear chieftain might do the trick, but it is a one-trick pony..
Skulltaker.. I hate him so badly..
Blade of realities has a decent shot if he isn't near a BSB. Kroxigors in a skink unit, or by themselves also should have a chance. A lore of life slann casting dwellers below has about a 1/3 chance of killing him outright.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
Thanx for the advice guys !! i will test them all out next time cheers.
i am thinking on one more thing you can do the hero gork-gor or someting cant remember the name he are immune to killing blow
do ppl ignore me? i just found my book now (was lazy last time) and found the real name Gor-Rok special rule resilient mean immune to killing blow and any successful rolls to wound roll agoint Gor-Rok must be re-rolled so try useing him
Speaking of Chakax would he go first (with his special rule) in a challenge against Skulltaker? & with Gor-Rok when & if he cops a "killing blow" hit can i then (because of his special rule) take my normal armour saves or no?
