Just wondering which is better? I remember not to long ago people were in high praise for razors and now the more I read I'm seeing sallys being used. Which is better? And why of course...
Also, would it be wise to take a old blood on carnosour over a slann Mage? I love carnosours but they can only be taken by lords...what are your guys toughts on this?
Answering your first question, salamanders are better everyday and twice on sundays. The removal of partial hits, the ability to march and shoot, and having flaming attacks makes them so much better than the razordons. There really is no comparison between the two.
Monsters are not really that great anymore. Of course, in 3k games you can get both. But I would retire the carno except for freindly games.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
as long as they dont have any cannons or warmachines a carnasour is great fun. Just need to place him carefully and in friendly games he is great. The slann is better for the army as a whole, but as sirkently points out, at 3k you can have both
also sallies are better because of the above mentioned reasons. Razordons arn't good, its just that with all the hordes running around, you need to wittle them down. Razordons can do well against monsters and such thanks to poisen attacks. The new TK spinx can be annoying and poisen is the way to go against them.
