I'm one of a few players in Beijing. Until now we've not had a skaven player in our ranks.
Two weeks ago I tackled our new skaven player with my Lizardmen. He cast the 13th spell on my Temple Guard/Slann unit. First time I scrolled him. After that, extra dice from warpstone meant I couldn't match his rolls and he picked up a couple of irresistable forces. He inflicted two wounds on himself during the process but the bottom line was that by the 5th turn my slann and temple guard got turned into rats.
How can we tackle that?
Two ways. Becalming cogitation on your slann. Larger units of templeguard. Also, take a priest with a cube of darkness so you have two scrolls essentially.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
