Hey, as a new Lizardmen player I was just wondering how we fare in tournaments as one day I'd love to play competitively but if Lizardmen are not common and/or consistent winners in tournies I wonder if this is not a good race to pursue those goals with? Any info on this subject is appreciated
Well everytime i see them olay they win so

Every army is good, if you use them well In can't remember were, but in a topic somewere on this site, someone mentioned a Lizardmen player who won a tournament. It was something with Lord Kroak in a 2k game or something. But there you have it, Lizardmen can win tournaments (Y)
Hope is the first step on the road to dissapointment.
Lizardmen can win tournaments, sure. Most competitive players in my country prefer an oldblood however, in a lot of variations. And all of those have some number of kroxigor units. Whether a southlands atmy (VERY devastating) or a regular one with solid blocks of sauri, all players I've seen take them.
asquabbling they squandered and gambled
till dawn did freeze their drunken dice
Ive taken my southlands army in a tournament and I wont more than half my games... the only thing I suffered from was low leadership, which I wouldnt have worried about if I had had more saurus
