Welcome to Librarium Online!
I was checking out the Huanchis Riders or something of the like on the Dogs of War section of GW. I figured they could actually be pretty useful in lizardmen for fast cavalry, only problem is that the models such. Shouldn't be too hard to convert with skinks on to a new cold one rider however. Is there a codex or something that goes into detail about dogs of war and their statistics?
Also they are special choices if you are using them in a lizardmen army, so they are less devestating to your list.
Any thoughts on the matter?

There is a Horned One Rider in the German Online Store. It is called "Tichi-Huichi Echsenreiter".
But it is only an old model - 5th Edition I would think. The ugly Cold Ones...

They're called Tichi-Huichi's Raiders and they can be hired as special choices in Lizardmen armies. Rules appear in WHFB Chronicles 2004, p.67.
If you don't have the book, download the pdf here (second red link in the body of the text):
It's on page 7 of 9.
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
Down the Noldor's proudest king.
Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.

The rules should be on the GW website, at least the UK site, under the DoW section under a pdf entitled "regiments of renown".

but it rocks absolutely, too!
