i just wrote loads about my reasons for choosing lizardmen and my style of play, also reasons for my army composition but then the computer crashed... lifes a ***** isn't it! So heres my armylist again:
oldblood, light armour, scimitar of sun resplendant, Aura of quetzl, enchanted shield, spawnings of itzl, tepok, quetzl, CARNOSAUR = 488
level 1 skink, 2 dispell scrolls = 115
2 units of 10 skinks, scout, blowpipe = (70) 140
18 skinks = 108 (skirmish screen)
2 units of 4 Kroxigors = (232) 464
4 terradons = 140
3 salamanders = 195
stegadon = 235
basically the carno and steg attack the same flank and roll up enemy line. i have 115 points left over and was thinking to get a fsod to take out war machine crew therefore protecting my monsters from flying cannon balls, what do you suggest? what do you think of the list?

an interesting list...
i wouldn't spend the 115 extra points on a FSOD as you already have a very capable flying unit to kill enemy war machines. (terradons).
instead i would add another skink priest with cube of darkness. and get rid of one of the dispel scrolls on the other priest.
i'd also swap one of your scout units for more screening skinks as you are unlikely to have the terrain to hide two units of skinks.
otherwise this list is very solid...
i was thinking of that, do you think then that i should include 2 level 2 priests or include the diadem of power

I don't think a seond priest would be in order, as they will become too heavy for the list, plus 4 DD and 2 scroll will take care of pretty much everything.
I would drop a terradon, but it's more of a personnal taste.
I would split the skinks in 2 units of 10 18 is impossible to move around, and they don't rank up anyway.
perhaps trash a unit of kroxigors for a full saurus unit, you need something with ranks to pull some CC resolution.

Therre are 4 terradons so that they can survive shooting better.
also i was thinking that i should include a level 1 priest with dispell scroll = 90 and also a level 2 priest with rod of the storm because i play against lots of skaven and goblin armies, that pannick test could really do some damage.
I realise the need for a ranked up infantry unit but the rest of my army will probably be in combat on turn 2 and those slow saurus wouldn't see any action, i want to fight battles on my terms... due to the quick nature of my army my opponent will be reacting to my moves instead of sticking to his battle plan. the slowest unit in my army has movement 6 and this is how i want to keep it, thanks for the suggestion though.
does anyone else have some pearls of wisdom for me?
