Welcome to Librarium Online!
I am new to the whole Warhammer scene and decided to play Lizardmen as my first army choice. My question has to do with the Cold ones and the Carnosaur. Saurus Cavalry cost XX points per model, does this include the cost of the Blessed spawning of Itzl. I can tell the oldone has to take the Blessing to ride a cold one or Carno but is the blessings cost already added in? Thank you all for your time in advance.

Firstly, you need to remove the points cost of Saurus Cold one riders. It breaks copyrights, and will get your thread locked. Sorry to have to be a b****.
Cold one riders have the cost of the spawning included in their price, but heros must buy the spawning in addition to the cost of their mount.
Et imperator Invocato Diabolus Daemonica Exorcist!
I always used to wonder why we had to give a character the blessed spawning of itzl for him to ride a mount, why not include this in the cost of the mount?
But then i realised that you can only take a certain amount of blessed spawnings per character and so mounting him reduces the number of other spawnings you can take, which makes sense:yes:
Not that this really adds to the thread in any way!(Y)
well the old one is what really bothers me cuz they could have said takes one blessing and costs like +305 for a carnosaur instead of +300. they could have incorperated it in and just said it takes a blessing that way you dont pay for something you already have point wise
P.S. number values are fictional just using any number to help illustrate my point
Stonehambey is right on why they have to keep the cost of the blessing and carnosaur separate. Since the Oldblood is allowed to have three blessings and Scar vets can only have two, you have to pay for the ability to ride the beasts.
As to your main question, you can assume that the cavalry already has the Blessing figured into their point cost, and you do not have to add it in later.
