What do you think? Be happy for you to post improvments or advice!
This should have been posted in the army list section.
That said it looks like a decent list, nice to see jungle swarms in there(Y)
I don't like javelins on skinks so i would be tempted to change them for blowpipes.
Oh and btw, it's an "army book" not a "codex"!
Oops. Sorry:cry: This is my first time on librarium and i didn't know! Thanks for the advice. I've only painted the skinks and one unit of saurus so far but when i'm done i'll be playing an Undead army against a friend. It'll be a while but any tips on strategies or tips?
My best friend is a competant khemri player, so i play against undead all the time.
If your opponent is dumb enough not to stick the heirophant in a unit then try and kill it with magic. Otherwise it might be worth trying to use terradons to kill it. Try to charge the unit and direct as many attacks at it as you can. You'll probably lose the combat but because of their hit and run rule they just piss off straight after anyway.
Strength 7 will be useful against chariots. If you conceal your scar-vet in a unit he will be less obvious and if your opponent doesn't suspect anything...goodbye chariots.
Be very careful of Khemri magic. Don't under any circumstances forget about the incantation of urgency, it may very well lose you the game.
I have less experience playing against VC. Be careful of the hell banner, but if it's hidden then i guess you have no way of knowing where it is...ok i'll shut up

Also, if your saurus hero of whatever type is in a unit, impact hits from chariots can't target him unless the unit size is very small.
Cool thanks for the advice. He is a Tomb kings player and i know he is using a Screaming skull catapault so i was going to get my terradons to attack that. Anyway thanks for the advice!
One thing to keep in mind about tomb kings. Even if you kill all the crew for the catapult, as long as he has the catapult he can bring the crew back to life. It's a serious pain in the kiester.
Tell me about it! It's one of the most annoying things about the SSC. Still, t'rules are t'rules, and we just have to live with em i guess.Originally Posted by Mishra
A very solid list indeed.
I'd be inclined to drop some of the stuff of your Scar-vet (like the Glyph Necklace) and give your first unit of Saurus the Spawning of Tlazcotl too. 2 big units of Immune to Psychology Saurus and an Unbreakable Swarm will be a lot for your opponent to handle in 1.5k.
You know, I like this idea. You've got plenty of core units covered, so you could afford to get another Special slot unit, and the Tlazcotl blessing on the other saurus unit would be a great idea.Originally Posted by Araith
