ive created a mil deck which aside from milling is pretty much loaded with counter spells and rather than wasting a bunch of low level creatures as "chump blockers" i put in a few "seprents of the endless sea" which gives them P/T = to number of islands you have so rather than having a bunch of cheap merfolk blockers you can have 4 10/10 creatures out there but then again these creatures dont mil but that's what jace is for |

Fair enough. The creatures I have are only there to buy me time if I need it. I don't have a Jace, he's a little to expensive £££ wise for my tastes at the moment. I currently have memory sluices, traumatize, haunting echoes, mind funeral and one or 2 other spells to play with. Its really just something to replace the role of the 2 drowners that I'm looking for. |

I might just go with some cheap vanilla creatures. The looter looks a good bet to put in though. | |

There is a card in the new set, kurubian crab. One blue mana, 0/2 Landfall - "whenever a land comes into play under your control mill 3 cards from target player" Uncommon. Nemesis of Reason is awesome, it gives you a very tough blocker and it mills regardless of weather it hits your opponent. More useful than Traumatize I think. But creatures aside have you considered Brain Freeze and Glimpse the Unthinkable.

I recently got some crabs, along with an archive trap ![]() Both those cards are not standard legal, I'm ideally looking for standard legal cards at the moment, non-standard isn't really played much in my area. Plus I'd prefer memory sluice and tome scour to those 2. Both cost 1 and are very similar. Oh, and I recently picked up a Nemesis of Reason too. Plus a platinum angel and sadistic sacrament. Some whispersilk cloaks would be nice in it now, but you can't have everything, I suppose.

These bots are getting out of hand. Over a dozen I just banned from this thread alone. Thanks, avatar of khaine, for alerting us to them.
