Figured I'd drop by and see if you still haunt this place. I'm logging in for the first time in...gosh. Over a year? Haven't touched anything Warhammer related in that time. Anywho, hope alls well in your neck of existence.

Hello, my friend. Doubting whether you will remember me or not, but I am returning to the hobby (and thus LO) and was wondering how life is treating you? :)

Hey, sorry for the slow reply, I only check in on LO every now and then. I'm thinking about going to Melbourne Uni, sorry :( But if I'm ever in Caberra, I'll drop you a line :)

It's ok, the picture is so darn small it's really hard to recognize. I would love to have a full size painting of it, but if I hung one on my wall it would give my kids nightmares. LoL

One of my favorite lines of his is in my sig. Second is, when asked if the planet they were about to explore was dangerous: "No- well... (reconsiders, pauses, thinks) no- well... (reconsiders, pauses, thinks) no- well... (reconsiders, pauses, thinks) no- well... (reconsiders, pauses, thinks) yeah."

Honestly, 5th edition is what is getting me back into 40k. It's got so much more potential (on paper, at least) than 4th edition ever did. The only thing that turns me off from it is how anal people can potentially get over true line of sight, but I've always been a friendly gamer and not a power gamer, so I don't foresee too many issues cropping up.

I had gotten a sweet job working for a game company last month... unfortunately they had to lay 20-30 of us off for various reasons that made little sense, so I'm back home and looking back at uni myself for next semester.

    PEACE AND LOVE!!!

I watched it all a few years back now. :)
Aye, those both sound like evil degrees to do o_o But glad to see your enjoying it.

I'm good. Moved back up to Newcastle (Home yay!) a couple of months ago and things are starting to look up once again :D
Trying to write more now as I want to try and enter loads of contests and stuff :)

I think I have seen some of Evangelion - if it's the one I'm thinking, the suits they use are indeed awesome, but much of the rest of the episodes (especially towards the end of the series) made very little sense to me at all. I don't enjoy it so much when I'm just sitting there scratching my head.

Heh, I'm not really all that much in to anime; I'll watch it occasionally, though don't really follow much of it. But yes, the Avatar is from Appleseed. I saw the Ex Machina movie, so then had to track down the first Appleseed and wait impatiently for Ex Machina to come out on DVD!

Bye for now; shall see you around the forums, I'm sure!

Things've had their share of ups and downs, both on and off LO, but overall it's not been too shabby. How's that real life thing? I hear it's scary. =P

You betcha! My first terrain project (once I'm moved in to my new house) will be to build one as an objective marker. It'll be bigger on the inside than it is on the outside LOL.
