Default Guitar String

I've been using some of my old Guitar String to convert hose/conduits onto my models, but the stuff is so hard to handle. Does anyone know a way to make the string bend to how you want it?

Either heating, but with care both to the string and your hands/house, or you can use the electrical instrument that is to cut wire... Have forgot the word to be truthful! 8Y

Heating the wire is the best method although it can be tough on the fingers. I have found an old wire stripper that had the little circular opening at the tip that worked great for cutting the strings as well as holding the string as I applied heat to the string to bend it.

with some skill, you can pull the thick core out of the string. this makes it more flexible, and you can pull it to make it look like thin coiled wire.
