I have been planning to do Snikrot for quite some time as he seems like a wicked character with some nice qualities to lead a squad of rag-tag kommandos I have.

So with the idea in my head of what I wanted to get out of Snikky, I drew up a quick plan (do not have a photo yet sorry) basically he would be a regular nob body with a big teef gob, ammo and grenades and skulls litter his strapped-together plates (even though he has 6+ armour) and some sinister looking knives.

Thanks to the awesome pose of the nob I recieved from white dwarf there was very little need to convert at all besides making the knives and some bits and pieces he is done.

WARNING: the photos are a little dark, but I don't have access to photoshop right now, but I reckon it still does him justice.

The other photos are a little too big to fit so I'll link them.

I may add another length of chain to his other wrist to tie him in closer to his picture in the codex and maybe spikes between the chains, as well as the making of a tiny bosspole which I'm struggling to find a suitable place to attach to.

Any comments and crits to be done before I start painting him up in the next few days (hopefully)?

Yay for rippy knives!

Nice work so far mate. I plan of using Snikkrot myself, though under a diffrent name for my fluff. So its good to see how others have converted him up.

Waaay too static looking for my tastes. Snikrot is supposed to be stealthy and whatnot so maybe make the model look as if it were tiptoeing through an IG camp and about to slaughter some officers....or something along those lines.

Added a second chain to his arms, turned the blades upside down, and moved the ammo belt on his chest.

I've done a little bit of painting after I fixed the stikkbomms on the back and this is the result!

Any C&C? He's not totally done yet, I just wanted to get SOME work done before the day was over is all.

Personal taste again, but I'd drop the blood as its hard to make look good and even when it does it still looks a bit off.

Do you plan on adding camo to him? I think the model would look pretty cool if covered in mud or something (like arnold in the first predator movie)
