Helga - Heavy weapon team ![]() ![]() Doomlord - ork ![]() both of you have involved unpainted pics, and a tutorial, so there's no need to add on any scores. I realise there's no poll. I forgot. Waiting on the mods :p

Hmmm. I was very tempted to sack you Spammy but seeing as I was too lazy to enter this comp I want there to be another one. Only two entries. I don't know if this makes it easier or harder. After much careful deliberation I have placed my vote with Helga. The fact I have a guard army of my own does not make me biased in any way (cough cough) ![]() No, I voted for Helga because I really like the idea. This is probably the first time I've seen a conversion of a guardsman cleaning his weapon, although it is a really common and well known image. Very cleanly done, with a very good head choice. Well done to Doomlord though. The conversion is really well carried out and is rather an amusing scene.

Both are very good! That is the first time when I see soldiers clean a weapon. I like orks very much and the fighting scene is well done. |

Damn you Dan!! I let you loose on my poll once, well never again. Screw hazard stripes! You, good sir, lost yourself a job. I'm going to either the dwarf, or that giant eye. But never the Hazard stripes! NEVER! By the way guys, if no one minds, not the next one, or the one after that, but the one after that - starting some time around 15th of december will be christmas themed, so i'll probably take away that prize

I also considered sacking you Spammy, purely out of my badness and you should be aware that I would use a real sack. However I decided not to do that. I think that the Guard weapon team gets my vote. I think they look the most interesting and would have the most potential for work when being painted and based.

Voted for the ork but that before I realized what was going on with the guard (didn't know it was a guy directing while the other was cleaning). But my logic behind my ork voting (before i learned about the guard) was the guard didn't have much to offer it looked like a typical position you'd find a heavy weapon team in. the ork on the other hand was unique to me, Something I've never seen before. But that's me... |
