Idea: Brass Worm

So, something I've been thinking of a lot ever since I got some scraps of Chaos together is a monster called the Brass Worm. Basically, it's a heavily armoured worm in the service of Khorne. I am not sure if there is an entry in the army list for either 40k or Fantasy that might serve as such a thing, but my idea was to have it either as some sort of mount or a monster in its own right. Now, here's the question: Is there a sort of putty that you would recommend for this kind of project?

Please keep in mind that I am Dutch, so if you know any brand that I can appropriate in my own country, it'd be greatly appreciated.

I have no clue what is sold where you live. Milliput is the best kind of putty for the basic stuff, like making the form on the worm. Doing the surface texture and details is best done with green stuff. Hope that helps.

I think the first would work great as a mount. Milliput is good, though - but make sure to wireframe like mad. If you can't find it in holland it's like, £2.50 for a pack here - should be under a tenner to ship.
