OK so i wanted to add a bit of a unique touch to my scout army, as i have now exhausted the supply of scouts that games workshop makes. I have already converted some scouts from the ratskin renegades, from necromunda that look really cool but i would really like to do some head swaps from ratskin braves onto space marine scout bodies. I have the scouts and the braves ready but im not too sure as to how i should go about removing the heads from the ratskin braves adnd from the space marines... how would i do this?

Link to pics of the scouts converted from ratskins...also check out the scout bike...

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow nice bike. Did you make it? Sorry but I got no idea about the head swap.

I suggest you use a saw or a Dremel-like tool. You might be able to use snips on some of them but I really don't recommend it.

Thats not my bike, though i have the parts to convert some bikes like that, which i think will be pretty cool.

So no one has any ideas on how to cut off the heads? I know it a pretty common conversion, its just something ive never really done except with plastic models heads so ive never had to cut off metal ones before.
