My idea to convert a Wraith would be to gve it an Immortal's gun hands instead of claws. This would reduce its number of attacks by one but make it possible to for it to shoot as it closes in. With the gun being Assault 2, and the Wraith's extra movement distance, this would be a frickin' scary model to face on the battlefield.

On this note I find it VERY annoying that one of the Wraith's hands appears to be a gun of some sort (looks like a needler pistol), but they don't shoot. It just really looks stupid to me.

it sounds really good have you made some stats up for it.

another idea would be to give it a heavy guass cannon but this would be too deadly and would be alot of points.

LordHat, when my brother, Deciever, got his first Wraith, I asked the same question. But I guess it is a short-range neddle pistol or something that is devestating in close combat but has a range of like 2 inches.

In the fluff I've read, the wraiths are used to abuct people and perform experiments. So I think the stuff on that hand are it's surgical tools, you can make out a small buzzsaw, a blade, and the needle thingy.

I mean a 2 attack Wraith with an Immortal gun, squeezing off 2 shots per turn as it closes, then tearing its opponent a new one. On another note, Wraiths need a WS more than 4- it really hinders their usefullness.
