Hey guys and gals, a while back i bought some WHFB Orcs and Night Goblins for a Mordheim gang, now my problem is that i don't know what to do with the rest of them... The orcs are being converted into Flayerkin for my Warhammer Chaos army. I have no idea what to do with the night goblins. there's no one i know in my vicinity that i could sell them to, so they are just taking up space, anyone know of something i can do with them? The best idea i've come up with so far is making them into diminutive chaos mutants or cultists for a Lost and the Damned army, or using them as fodder for a Gnoblar horde (if tourney-legal rules are ever ratified for them). But if anyone else has suggestions, please let me know. |

If u play 40k the night gobbos could act as grotz/grechin in a ork army, or as gnoblars in a ogre fantasy army.

I made some of these guys (that I got as a bonus w/an IG army)into Gun Servitors for my Inquisitor. Cut out the faces and replace them w/scopes,lasgun barrels, plastic rod, whatever looks suitably cyborg. Add spare sponson weapons from a predator, and they are certainly freaky. The small, robed base is perfect for any Imperial freakishness you can think of. Look at the picture in the BBB towards the back of the gnomish guy oiling the bolter. |

Not so much a use for models in the actual game. I was stuck in a simlar situation with 2 sprues of Night goblins. With a little bit of timming on the nose. Some green stuff to extend the hoods a little further down, and then some wires and hoses here and there and I had some "robed assistance" to place on large templates and such. Similar to the robed guys you always see in the background of Space Marine photos. Carrying weapons, polisting armor, reading incantations. etc. The models don't serve a purpose beyond decoration for my carry tray and one or two model bases. |
