Hey guys, I have goen on school holidays and i have been around 40k for quite a while...im not really into gaming, well not yet anyway...im really into the background and and stuff....havnt got many models, im very much into converting, so i was thinking of doing up a few heavily converted models...Space Wolf models....Like maybe a wolf lord, and his wolf guard....and a wulfen model or soemthing..... It doesnt matter wether this is leagal or not, prefferably not, so then i could do more, i jsut want awsoem looking models for a display.... So yeh, any ideas would be helpful and welcome..Cheers lads. Dan. |

OK if you dont intend to play with them then legality is not a problem, however, spacewolves in particular lend themselves well to conversions with all sorts of nice stuff, I would recomend you get hold of Gareth (both his real and his user name) - drop him a PM, he has an extensively converted SW army and should be able to give you plenty of ideas

If you want to convert, go Chaos! :yes: I love the conversions for my Chaos. -Centum PS: You can make them look completely crazy, and still be fluffy, and legal

yeah, loyalist marines or imperial guard arent too much for fantastic conversions, you can create some spectacular minis tho. look through your bitz box, sketch before you model, and definetly look at other miniatures than 40k before assembley. you can find amazing stuff in other miniature ranges, not only citadel

Cheers lads... I'm thinking now of doing a mini diorama, maybe not wiht all the mdels but a couple in action fight scenes...have a coupla Imp guard models and sister models, paint them all the same scheme, and write up a bit of fluff about them... But yeh, cause im not gamign with them, they dont have to be leagal, Ill keep yas posted with ideas and stuff. Dan. |
