Help Making Custom Army Please? From Anime; Blue Gender

It has been a long time since i played or collected 40k, so i have forgotten many things and armies of the game, so dont expect me to be too knolagable about suggestions hehe.

When i WAS still into 40k i actually started making the army i wanted; but the price, ill fitting peices, lack of painting skill and finally having no knolage of the best parts for the job i ended up giving it up.

But, i just watched the whole series again and now want the army again hehe, but this time i wanna be prepared.

So please, any help you can give would be brilliant.

I encountered so many problems making her i never actually got started.

1: Her hair; i had no head or hair that would be able to be made to look like hers icon_sad.gif
2: I had no female bodies that could have been painted up for her; just big burley men soldiers.
