Greenstuff is a paste for modeling and so all green parts you see are in fact sculpted... how to get good results?

it really depends how much you want to invest on learning ... i sugest starting browsing greenstuff tutorials on the net its a good start ^^ if you have more doubts let me know.

blue hand is from very old genestealers on spacehulk era love those plastics.

as for 90 year old man never seen one with flaps on face hehehe seriously lets hope i manage to make it a little better with painting... i can only try.
