Beautiful.
Two teeny-tiny things:
1) The horses body looks a little long to me. I'm not an exper on horses or anything, but it seems a little bit stretched to my eyes.
2) This thread should probably be in the 'modelling' section.

But seriously, amazing, amazing, beautiful work. Very nice indeed.

Awesome model. Does the guy that makes these use molds or anything for some of the parts because some of these models you're posting just look super smooth and a few look a lot like exitsting pieces (shoulder pads for instance.)

Just a tip when sculpting chainmail in the future. When you poke the rows of holes, do the first row with the toothpick/stylus/pin angled upwards, the next row angled downwards, next row angled upwards.... etc. you'll end up with almost a weave pattern instead of variable holes.

Aye, I'll second that one.

It is damned spectacular, far better than I can manage!

The horse is wrong, but may be based on the horse used as a source, it does have a very long back, and its tummy is too big (if its tummy is that bag, it is also fatter/wider) - just an observation based on too many years muching the horrible beasties out!

I think it looks great. I never would have noticed the excess length unless I:

1. Took out a photo of a real horse in the same pose and over-scrutinized the model, basically being a jackass;

2. Someone else pointed it out to me;

3. I looked at it real hard for too long (other problems would come before that though, maybe sleep).

But then again, there aren't many horses in Alaska. We ride polar bears to school:w00t:. They're a hassle to train though, what with having to put them in a chokehold and all...
