It's becomming a truely beautiful and interesting model (as the original model is very bland). What is your trick for working with GS? If I could work it 1/2 as good as you my soul would rest easier... |

Wow... just wow. I was unaware of this thread until now, and I'm glad I found it. I hope one day I can sculpt like that. I'm having a LOT of trouble with even and smooth surfaces(like the heart you have on the shoulder) how did you acheive that, if you don't mind sharing.

thanks guys ![]() For smooth surfaces you can take diferent aproachs depending on the size of the surface you want to smooth... for big ones i avoid using fingers directly and use a plastic bag when i want to use my hands on GS... for small ones ussually a clayshapper will do the trick just fine... both ways i use lots of water above the surface. |

I know my answer is a bit vague but it really depends on how much time you want to put in a model, sometimes walking the extra mile will do all the diference, as for sculpting the more you practice the better... make some draws before sculpting that will save time when sculpting.
