Redemptionists have one territory from the standard (as opposed to outlaw) list, which they use at full income rather than halved like other outlaw gangs with standard turf. After you've worked the territory, you roll a random new one ready to work after the next battle.
Then everyone but the leader and the guy who worked the territory can scavenge for D6 credits each, and then you have to pay 3 credits per man for food. Everything left over after that is yours to keep or spend, because Reds are outlaws so they don't use the usual income table.
TBH picking an outlaw gang for your first set of games is probably jumping in at the deep end, I'd recommend playing a standard gang for the first campaign then adding the outlanders rules after you've all got used to the basics.
I'm pretty sure that you can't loot territory as Redemptionists, if you get a 2nd from somewhere (due to Gang War missions or special events) then you work it once as usual, but then I think you lose it completely rather than replace it with a new one.
