Interest In A Lo Necromunda Campaign

Right, I had this idea of trying to run a Necromunda camnpaign of sorts accross the forum, and was looking to see who would be interested.

The rules for Necromunda are avaliable on the Necromunda WebPage, and in order to get a larger playerbase I am sure people could proxy models with suitable 40K ones.


Matches would be played between members of the forum who are able to travel / meet easily. This could include playing with a friend at a house or playing at your local GW. To allow more players access to the campaign it is also a possability that LO members could play matches with people from outside the campaign (i.e. random people at your GW) and count these results into your campaign gang rating.

Results of matches would be PM'ed in to the organisers, who would then update the gang table and campaign plotlines.

While it is not feasable to have a true tournament, we could at least get the feel of a campaign where individual matches can effect the overall story. Also, it hopefully will introduce more people to the Necromunda game system.

So, before I start any form of formal organising for such a venture I would be interested to see who would be intetested, how you would play, and the number of people you would play with.

1) What models you would use? (Gang Owned / Would buy a Gang / Proxy a Gang)
2) Skill Level with Necromunda? (Novice [No Experience of Necromunda] / Intermediate [Played a Necromunda campaign before] / Old-Timer [Long Time Player of Necromunda])
3) Who would you play against? (Existing LO Members / Friends who could join LO for the Campaign / Random Players at GW)
4) How often could you play? (How often could you play a gangfight? Weekly, Monthly?)
5) What Gang would you play? (Not vital - especially for those who havent played before)

What models would I use? Witchhunter Inquisitors and henchmen and servitors all make awesome Gangmembers. Hell the Inquisitor with the hat is a remodelled Bounty Hunter IMO.

Skill level with Necro? Im the quasi stand in god of Necro, nah Intermediate.

Who would I play against? Existing LO members, Friends that could join LO.

How often could I play? As often as the Sun comes up.

What gang would I play ADEPTUS ARBITES, I AM THE LAW!! LOL Nah the Girls of Escher won my heart a long time ago.

ARGH! As far as I can tell, I'm the only LO member in Korea. Are we sure there are no PBEM systems that could be used for Necromunda?

If anyone else is in Korea, PM me. I own every gang...painted well! Been a player since the beginning.
