Man this is an old thread, anyways. I had an Orlock and Scavvy gang that was fun to play. I thought it was a great intro to 40k, too bad GW as good at popularizing it's specialist games as it is the flagship ones. |

I've played fairly regularly over the last 4 or so months with a group of eight or so people, but had played it back in the day. We decided to start at 600 creds and three territories with random campaign events after every three games or so. My delaque are a bunch of russian dudes with modified names of popular leaders who collect mung vases. Its hard to take a game seriously when it can be over before you have a turn, so its a nice change from other GW games that people tend to take far to seriously and it is very easy to get attached to your guys and start working on back stories. I just wish some of the basic delaque models were easier to convert to plasma guns |

I heard of necromunda before but have been recently inspired to get into smaller scale 40k by some outdated 4th edition RPG rules for 40k i um... received, from lime wire. so now im thinking about starting inquisitor or necromunda.

Necromunda is great for small scale conflict. the rules add a bit of depth that is not possible to achieve with 5:th or 4:th ed 40k rules. So if you are going smaller battles with lots of rpg elements, if you want it, then this old game is for you

Just started playing, great game, trying out Orlock as thay seem pretty balanced, the only problem is the selection of models if GW made some plastic kits and advertised it a bit more it could be a popular game |
