Oookay, that's a very unusual force, I'm not familiar with Planetstrike, but I assume it means you don't need a troops choice and you can have as many fast attack choices as you want.
What's Imotekh going to be doing? Hanging around at the back doing his lightning thing? I presume you need him to provide your melee army with night cover to advance under? Have you considered a Destroyer Lord to lead one of the Flayed One packs? Since he can deep strike as well, he can travel with them and provide a Res Orb and a Warscythe to help them out.

planet strike has 2 different army charts Attacking and Defending

Attack can have 3 HQ 6 Eliets up to 6 troops but 0 are required 6 Fast attack and 3 heavy
Defending is normal army chart but they can have up to 6 Heavy

Flayed ones are more of a distraction to let my Wraiths and Imotekh is there for the night fighting so it doesn't matter what he does.

very interesting, ive been trying to convince my mates to play a game of planet strike

    things to change (maybe):

    HQ
taking Imotekh is a maybe, im mean the lightning might work and the blood scarabs is good for the flayed ones but other tahn that you dont need him, instead i reckon take perhaps Obyron, overlord w/ warscythe riding on Barge, Anrakyr on barge (use his power to take control of enemy tanks and destroyer bastions)

    Elite

drop one flayed one squad and purchase a C'Tan shard with thunderbolt and writhing landscape, this thunderbolt will bust bunkers (you dont have to many units that can achieve that at range) and vehichles plus the landscape will work great if you use firestorm

    Troops
add a unit of Immortals or some warriors just to add some shooting (you dont have to add them if you dont want)

    Fast
drop 1 or 2 units of wraiths and take a squad of heavy destroyers, they will bust bunkers and heavy tanks
keep the scarabs but if you have an fast attack slot, reduce the size of each squad and add another squad of scarabs

    Heavy
drop a unit of spyders and use those points to purchase some of the changes mentioned above, if need be drop a spyder off each of the remain spyder units

other tahn that the list seems good, but you might want to add lots of scythes, perhaps a lychguard unit or two (dont know how to pay for them though)
