good list but give your immortal squad tesla carbines if they are going with veil tek, that way they can still shoot effectively

i would also drop the VoD of the lych guard, keep the tek but drop VoD, since they will be transported by a Scythe, use the 30 pts to get another guard or some immortals/warriors

    but good list

I have to keep the veiltek in the lych squad in the case the night scythe is destroyed before they disembark, an the immortals are used more for objective grabbing at the end, I don't like the tesla on the immortals,

Warriors can grab objectives just as well as Immortals, and are cheaper, if that's all you want the unit for. Also, why don't you like tesla? You'll like Gauss even less when you can't shoot beyond 12" most of the time. Tesla is great; same strength as gauss, twice the effective range, and extra hits on a 6? What's not to like? "It can't pop vehicles?" So what, neither can Gauss most of the time.

Otherwise, it's seems like a reasonable list, although it's a little small at 40 models for 1750 points. Although one question; if you've got a veil of darkness with the Lychguard anyway, what do you need the Night Scythe for?

Lychguard are in nightscythe so I can get them exactly where I want them to be, and the gauss is better for me because being able to glance veh is just to valuable to me,

Is this the main reason you'd rather have gauss than tesla? For a remote chance of glancing a vehicle? Immortals don't do that any better than warriors. You've already got two Stalkers and two Command Barges for anti-vehicle duties, why do you need gauss Immortals to do the same job, but be worse at it? I'm not saying gauss is bad, it isn't, but unless you make them relentless with a Phaeron, gauss Immortals just aren't as tactically flexible as tesla ones. Having two small units of Immortals wandering around the backfield, sitting on objectives and taking potshots at the odd passing vehicle in the hopes of glancing it, just seems a huge waste of their potential.

gauss is good if you are playing static (and if they had the same effects as the previous codex)

tesla on the otherhand is better if your are acting aggressive and they can pop vehicles just as good as a gauss blaster, maybe even better since the extra shots. the only time i find gauss better against vehicles if the tank is AV13/14

    but again good list
