Last night against a nid swarm, annihilation barge shot at a 15 strong gene stealer brood....



QAUD 6's!!!! 12 hits, 11 wounds-10 Dead!

secound barge at massive brood of gaunts...

triples 6's!!! 10 hits, 10 dead.
then put his giant snake (marloc or trigon something?) in a box after blasting it with immortals and a triarch stalker.


tabled him at the end of turn 4, lol. So, so so lucky with the tesla. love it.

Nothing too epic against necs,unfortunately i havent faced them since the new dex regularly and in the past said army was too rare.
One moment i remember though is blasting a monolith with a single marine totting a melta gun(old dex).Cost the opponent the game and he was a bit furious living metal not working and all.

My too most epic moments though were using my DA against a chaos enemy and another one where i played them codex style against a DA player.

On the first i took out a chaos warhound with a lascannon dev squad turn 2.The Hilarius of the matter was not the act itself but the comment of a spectator:
''Right,300 euro got defeated by 40 euro including paint expenses.It must be the paintjob!"

And the second time i blew up Sammael in his land speeder by shooting him at the rear with an assault marine totting a plasma pistol.
For the record he is AV 14 all around except the rear,he is 10.

Most epic for me was:

In previous necron codex C'tan ignored invul and normal saves, a squad of 5 space wolf terminators with an upgrade character kitted out to be about 400 points charged my deceiver, I went first and killed 5 of them, then he failed to hit me, then failed his leader ship and the last guy was killed by fearless wounds!

I have to say, the neatest thing I did with the new Necrons was when I was playing the Blood Angels. I had a Eternitytek hit and did a wound to Dante with the Aeonstave. My opponent was not impressed with Dante's new stats!
