Right o, here's what I reckon:

Characters: You have a lot of points here, which is taking away from other essentials in your list. You can use Armour of Khorne rather than Obsidian Armour on BT, to save points, Soul Hunger on a Jugger Herald is a waste - he's S6! Give him Firestorm Blade if anything, but I run mine simply with Jugger and AOK, and it's very cheap and effective. Makes my Bloodletters a force to be reckoned with too. it would be nice to see a unit of infantry to hide him in, but Flesh Hounds are ok at this too, for when there's a cannon or two floating around.

So, if you want to fill your characers up, I'd go a little more bare bones - lose the Standard of Chaos Glory, go for Unholy Victory or Sundering if anything, but simply having a BSB in a Daemon army is valuable enough.

The rest: So what I see that's missing is Furies. Simply with the above changes, you can easily get in two units of 5. I've been using 2 units of 7-8 lately and they are SO much more useful. Better at killing fast cav, and keep unit strength 5 or more for longer.

I don't mind the rest. Can't see why the Horrors can't act as the hammer to the Plague Bearers anvil, so nice work there.

That's rather heavy on the characters. Some Furies will come in handy. If you're running the stubborn banner, some Bloodletters and Daemonettes would fit in nicely as speed bumps and can go after weaker units on their own.

4 Bloodcrushers are too wide, drop down to 2 plus the Kherald.

Otherwise, looks like a fine list.

The biggest problem I can see here is the lack of any furies, as Timk1111 said. They are a solid unit, and would do wonders to run interference for your cavalry units, taking out shooting units, allowing your BT to do the damage on the rank and file as needed.

The problem with a unit 4 wide would be maneuvreability in my opinion. That is equivilent to a unit of cavalry 8 wide, meaning on a board with a normal amount of terrain you will be clipping the features quite a bit, slowing your advance, and allowing your opponent a little more time to deal with you at range.

Just my thoughts

Well, if the Bloodcrushers end up on a Table with crap terrain, just take the Herald out of the unit, and join him to flesh hounds instead. I still think it's worth it.

Besides, you can pretty much count on one of them dying anyway....not exactly a beast of nurgle these guys :p

I see your points, but he does benefit from Look out Sir!, as well as adding some bad ass punch to an already bad ass unit! His Locus ability isn't the end of the world, be still gets it himself.

He's a character, he can be joined whereever he is needed. Each to their own in this case, I've been running 4 juggers in a few games and having a blast, but fighting CC armies mainly.

Wouldn't it have been simpler to title this thread "2250 no Slaanesh"?

Hmmm, I should probably contribute to the topic as well huh?

Well, I might say the bloodthirster is a bit of a point sink for such a small game.

Also your army is lacking in both the shooty portion of this plan and the getting hit portion of this plan. If your willing to part with the bloodthirster you can probably fix this. With the points you get.

If not, have you noticed you technically have three hammers to one anvil? Not a good ratio. I'd say switch out the herald and juggers for some flamers. That's even more points free, give you more firepower while you wait for them to fall into your trap, and some extra to invest in another anvil.
