Does the Assasin auto wound on all his hits with no saves allowed. Or does he have to roll for wounds on his hits like evrybodt else?

The Callidus (which appears from reserves at any point on the table) rolls to wound as normal with a strength of 4. You don't get any saves against it though (even inv saves).

The eversor (gains +D6 attacks on the charge) always wounds on a 4+ unless their normal S4 would be better and has a power weapon.

The vindicare (sniper) and culexus don't even have close combat weapons, however the Culexus does have a special close combat attack against psykers that triggers before any other attacks and requires a leadership dice-off. Every point the assassin wins by is an automatic wound with no saves at all - but only against a psyker.

Death Cult: These are guys running around with power weapons, they can infiltrate close or outflank towards you, they have no other tricks. They can be taken as 1-3 per elitte choice while the other 4 assassins are much more powerful (and expensive) and only one may be taken. Also with the other 4 you may only include a single assassin, so you cant have 2 vindicares or a everseer and a callidus...

Callidus: This guy can move one of your things before the game and pops up in the middle of your army due to polymorphine. He has a nasty leadership based flame weapon and a brutal C'Tan phase sword.

Culexus: This guy is built to destroy psykers and if there are psykers nearby his gun gets more powerful. He also modifies enemies leadership when theyre close enough.

Vindicare: This is the guy with the sniper who can pick out targets and has some special ammo, although none of his speciall ammo types although none auto wound.

Eversor: This guy is beast in combat, with a longer charge range and tons of extra attacks on the charge. If he dies lets just say he goes boom...

So all of the assassins need to roll to wound, i'm interested in finding out which one your opponent used and how he cheated with him.

Well, he usde Callidus and showed the rule book which stated there were no saves of any kind on all "hits" by that sword. The book did say hits. i saw it. I argued it was a misprint and that he still needed to wound. He said the book said hits and not wounds, so he was right. I gave in until i could find a correct answer.

Yep, that's true: Codex DH does indeed say that.
"The C'Tan phase sword can only be used in close combat. No saves are allowed against HITS from ....."yadda yadda yadda
However, the BRB on P.38 says at the very top of the page:
Not all of the attacks that hit their mark will harm the enemy
So therefore until wounding rolls are made, the Callidus can't know how many hits have counted!

Regardless of any of that, saves are not taken against hits, they are taken against wounds inflicted.
