So this is the list I've come up with after playing around with the new codex a bit. Comments/suggestions welcome cause I would still rather bring the girls to a tourney over Blood Angels.

HQ:

Jacobus goes in the squad of crusaders to give him some extra and cheap survivability. Celestine goes with whichever squad of Seraphim I think she'll be more useful in.

-You can't take a command squad without a canoness.

-Jacobus is wasted in a squad of 3 crusaders, his faith reroll is not that important. He has to be leading something - either a genuine conclave or a suitable sisters squad (which unfortunately rules out mechanized sister squads). He'll need a ride if he's moving around with a unit.

-Your units are generally over-equipped. With the change to faith and costs heavy flamers are now too much for too little. You've overcharged yourself for those rhinos too.

first off you need to remove the value of the exorcists, celestine and uriah. you cant post straight points values on this site. you can add them up like you did with the squads but since celestine and uriah have nothing added its too obvious how much they cost and that is frowned upon.

I agree with A.T. that flamers are just not worth it anymore. the BSS act of faith is more valueable to a melta than a flamer anyway. So after you drop the command squad, the HFs on the BSS, and the crusaders that should give you enough points to play around with other things. I personally have had pretty good luck using a full squad of dominions in a rhino with 2 meltas and 2 flamers. the two of each gives you a better chance of hurting whatever you come next to when you outflank. I learned this the hard way when i was forced to not come in on the side with the vehicle and came in next to infantry and i didnt have much to hurt them with.

You may want to consider extra armor on those exorcists if you have the points left over. Nothing is worse than getting shaken and having to watch as your opponent closes the distance before you have a chance to strike back. Yes the EA has gotten expensive but an exorcist is your primary long range heavy hitter and already over 100 points so whats a few more for the insurance plan.

I personally jump them as without their 3++ they are much more vulnerable to retaliation when they deepstrike. I always put them in reserve and hopefully there is someone nearby when they come in that the seraphim can pounce on them before anyone has a chance to attack back. The trick to having them survive is to keep cover between you and the big guns, and to have more juicy targets than your opponent has guns. this way they have a fairly good chance of making it across and taking out whatever you want them to.

I just don't think having that one or two non-vehicle units in a mechanized list is good.

It's just like you don't take one or two tanks in an all infantry list.

It seems like it won't work to me. I think they would just die before going anywhere.

Have you tried them against IG?
