Corteaz goes with the DCA/Crusader mix and the =][= xenos goes with the DCA block. the interceptors ds hopefully within range of the servo skull and snipe enemy armour. what are your thoughts?
I think you'll always benefit from mixing DCA with Crusaders--9 seems like overkillz. Is the inquisitor "rag" radgrenades? If so...I wonder if the points bumping him up to psyker would be better spent on storm bolters for your acolytes (realizing the firepoint limitations on the rhino, of course...so maybe not! just a thought). It just seems that you may suffer from a relative lack of medium-long range firepower more than you will lack CC effectiveness.
Otherwise, I think that it looks pretty good.
...As a completely tiny side note, no R in Coteaz, I believe.
I added the storm bolters to the acolyte's rhino so that i can fire 4 sb's per turn. and the inquis got a power sword but I wonder if he would be better off with power armour and a skull for the interceptors.
Nice! I think it's looking good. I did like the comment in one of the duplicate threads (I believe it was made by madcat?) about squeezing meltas into the DCA squads for some added flexibility, but either way I think you have reached a very nice 1000 pt thread.
I do see what you mean about power sword v. armor. hmm. I suppose you'd want to worry more about him surviving to toss the grenades so that the DCAs can do the killing, more than you need to rely on his added power attacks.
3/5 squads have a melta guns for anti-tank duties and the acolyte/jakero squad has the potential to have an assault multi-melta or to have artificer equivalent armour. the 3 man squad was a point filler and would be used to sit on an objective closer to my zone so I' don't have wasted melta weapons.
