OOC - Mark any out of Character talk with OOC, and in royal blue if possible. This will show that you are speaking Out of Character, so that people can define what the story is, and what isn't.
I.E OOC: What does so and so mean?
However, though you may use this to find out the what other players are thinking or planing, your character himself/herself STILL WONT KNOW THAT INFORMATION. So dont use it to Powergame.
1) No short one line sentences.
This is so that the story is much more interactive and gives the story more in depth feeling.
2) Mark Dialog with Italics and Speech marks.
This is to allow both players and the Games Master to quickly find and note what is being said. An example is:
“I told you, Wyrmspawn. It is harder to kill a Red Talon than you ever dreamed of. Now hold still, you’ll be back in Malfaes soon. Where you belong.”
3) Bold should be used to donate actions, or a change in scene, location etc.
This, the same as rule 2, allows players to quickly find what actions are being performed. This will become very clear in combat situations, as well as in simple one on one character role play situations. An example of this is:
Combat with Morgan and Adam vs Vampires - Near the Water Fountain, The Manor, Berlin.
Note*** This can be semi ignored if you write in clear and well written paragraphs. Not so much the actions, but I would still like to see any scene or location changes marked and in bold please before you start any new paragraphs.
4) Controlling other PC’s and Major NPC’s
This is forbidden in all circumstances, unless it is to further the story. For example, in certain situations, you could have a character move out of the way. You cannot however, force the character to perform anything drastic, or out of character. Those found to be breaking this rule will be slapped .
5) Controlling minor NPC’s
The controlling of low level NPC’s (ie – underlings to the big bad dudes, shopkeepers, etc) is permitted, but the same rules apply.
6) Players must have played Werewolf: The Apocalypse before.
This is a given. It is required players have a basic understanding of W:TA. This is so that the story runs smoother and easier.
There is just way too much W:TA background for me to just tell you.
7) Characters
No ‘invincible’ characters. Everyone hurts, everything dies. Which leads on to a basic rule of good role playing. NO POWER-GAMING. Power-gaming characters will be killed of in a most spectacular fashion, ground to dust and purged from the storyline, for good. No questions asked. No quarter given,
-Please also, when playing note what rage, gnosis and willpower you use up, and at times I shall say when you get it back. (Note, I only really expect the more experinced W:TA players to do this)

In closing:
I, Toastee, The foxeh. Shall be the GM, I shall be the only one to fully control major NPC's. As well as any Character (If any) I play with.
Yes, I shall be trying to GM it as best as possible, So a lot of the time, I will be the one that sets you the missions, what enemies you'll be fighting, what said enemies are doing etc etc. However, you are given a fair amount of freedom.
Any questions, please PM me with "[W:TA] "Your title"" in the title bar.
RULE ADD-ON!
When fighting a GM controlled NPC, if you wish to use gifts, then you must end your post by stating so like this:
Using Gift X ~ On Target Y
(In Bold and Navy Blue)
Its then up to the GM (Me) what effect that gift has on the target.
However, its up to you to decide if the gift actually works at the time, since remember, gifts don't always work due to stress, etc etc.
Thanks.
