I apologize for crappy pics, i'll set up a proper photshoot when I've done my Khador and retake these photos.
I did these fellas over a week, working 3ish hours on them each night.
Method was:
Black U/C
Boltgun drybrush
Wash of green/brown/smoke
Cloak was Catachan green, camo green
Fur was scorched/bestial/BB
Details like skin was basecoated with camo green, higlighted with elf flesh, iven a wash with the same mix minus the smoke
Few details and a couple of coats of Matt varnish and your done!

I agree with what some of the others have said. I think more contrast will make them stand out much better. For instance the fur trim on the cloaks right now blends right into the cloaks. Maybe setting it apart would be a better choice. I would also highlight the skin with a lighter shade - maybe going so far as a dead flesh. Also painting the belts and other adornments other colors will really make the models pop.

My suggestion is to paint them in realistic colors and maybe use varying shades of green for the cloaks and then tint various areas with brown or green. Subtle will be the key.

Otherwise they look like clean well thought out pieces. I like some of the conversion work - though I must confess the zombie arm coming from the neck stump really doesn't move me. :)

Cheers,

-Mike
