Could anyone please point me in the direction of the blood pact rules. I want to convert some of my IG to blood pact and have them being led by a psyker if thats possible, problem is..I have no clue what is and isnt legit according to blood pact. A little help please?

P.S I am looking for indepth rules, not just the doctrines listed in the GW website, those are not very useful if you ask me.

Hmm... The only rogue Psyker rules I have heard of are in the witch hunters rules (For enemies to them).
I personally recommend using Lost and the damned with an arch-heretic (Has a 3+ armour save, but doesnt have to be a marine) leading it (An arch-heretic uses the rules for a liueutenant, and you can add the sorcerer ability if you wish.)

Does anyone think it would be fair to make a standard blood pact army lead by a simple "rogue" psyker, and just give him access to choas powers? All the unit selection and doctrines remains the same as that of a standard IG army as well as limited chaos units like defiler?

There are no rules for the blood pact, at least no official ones. Those who do blood pact armies usually goes the IG way and use doctrines.

Hardned fighters
Iron Discipline
Die Hards
Veterans
Heavy weapon platoons

Those could work pretty well.

And for the fluff, the blood pact is a huge army (100,000+) controlled by many warlords but the main leader is Urlock Gaur (who is a very powerful Chaos Warlord). The Pact is very organised and the Lost and the Damned represents a ravening horde of fanatics and mutants, thus the I rules are better.
