need help 1750 terminator army

Can I take A terminator squad as a command squad and have it not count towards my max number of Hq units? - cause i want to add a Dread but i need an elite slot. In other words can i have 2 IC and use a Terminator squad as a command squad and still have 3 elite slots open?

check to see if u got ur chappie's pts right. btw if he got t. armour he can't hv t. hons.

Troops plz either all snipers or all bolters. However, i recomment 5-man, 1 lascan squads instead. They beef up ur much needed AT firepower.

Good list with lots of horde-control firepower but lots more AT plz. perhaps some LS w/MM??

First, with deathwing you dont need scouts.

Second, you could take a trait that allows dreadnought to be taken as heavy support, as long as they arent venerable.

Failing that, any normal termintor squad, can be a command squad, except you only need 4 members + the HQ to make the squad. So you can save 1 elite slots that way, although at 1750, your pushing weather or not you should have 2 HQs. Also note, that the HQ would not be able to leave these squad, however he can deep strike with them, or drop pod.

Termintator assault squads may not be take with HQ choices.

As for the list the chaplain should be 2 wounds, if you keep the captain, or 3 if you ditch him. And dont give him Teminator honours, your wasting the points, they dont stack.

consider making your captain a librarain

Your scouts might want a sgt, then you could telepot homer in everything.

Scouts should be armed with either bolters and CC weapons, + sgt with homer bolt pistol and powerfist, OR all snipers, sgt with homer, and sniper, and one member with a missile launcher.

Remove all storm bolters of vehicels, waste of points.

Assault termintors really only need 1 thunder hammer, give them furious charge.

Remove all chain fists.
