If you wanted to get a warhammer 40,000 themes tattoo or one inspired by warhammer 40k or something from warhammer 40k
Simple, 8 pointed star, nothing fancy, just the basic design (With the points at the end, nothing in the middle of it) either on my right shoulder, or more likely under my neck.
I'm still considering getting it. My dad is not big on tattoos, and so i'd await untill I move out to respect his opinion, plus it gives me ALOT of time to mull it over, and consider it, cause a tattoo is a big move, and difficult to get rid of.
My reasoning? Well, I love chaos, however the 8 pointed star is a simple enough sign that if I ever go off warhammer, I can just say that I got it because it looks cool, and its nothing to do with warhammer at all, so it does not show permanent allegiance, like tattoos of names of clubs and the like.

Fenrir: and magic.
Kaiser-: My Little Chaos Marine, Friendship is Heresy?
I wouldn't get a tattoo of any kind, ever. Not my thing.
i was thinking of that star too, i found a good one
I've been working on a whole shoulder to shoulder piece with the Imperial Fist's last stand image that was on the 3rd(?) ed rulebook.
But the size (cost) and complexity has been causing many problems.
First of all its tough to find a tattoo artist who is willing to take on such complex images with such detailed shading and peices.
THough having the symbol for each race and faction would interest me somewhat...
#25 - Relation to the original topic decreases with every single post.
not only that, but you have to find someone you trust. caus its forever!
I really like the Imperial Aquila and I am seriously considering getting a tattoo of it on my back, just below my left shoulder. It's a simple yet cool design that does not necessarily scream "40k nerd!!". Several of my friends whom I have shown it to thinks it is a great idea, and they don't know what 40k is.
Well, a 40k tattoo would look nice to my Star Wars tattoos. I was thinking of a Leman Russ tank or something, as I am a treadhead.
same with the chaos star, they just say it looks cool. i know its off topic but i was thinking of, since i live in California, to get the outline of California on my forearm.
