ah man that sucks, i would have actually liked to have known what the samples from the capsule were. hopefully some of the samples will have survived the crash.

A chopper stunt pilot had been in training for the past 5 years by NASA to snag the capsules parachute as it came down with a specialy designed hook mounted on his chopper. To bad the chute didnt open.
I'd like to see what was on / in the capsule too.

Nasa's having repeated failure these days... the shuttle deaths were one, and this is the second. I wonder what will be next, the crashing of the international space station?
If this is another case where they got the measurements wrong again (like the time half the engineers were doing things in feet, and the other half were doing things in meters) then i will be *****ed.

Wow. I went to the site and watched the video.I just saw millions of dollars crash into the earth at over a hundred miles per hour.Hilarious!
