which is your favorite and why?
i like the "phantasm" series cause they are pretty bizarre and phantasm 2 has a chainsaw duel and jawas
dead alive is easily the bloodiest movie ever
what a long strange trip its been
Hmm. Probably Dark Waters, I like that one
Halloween or hellraiser (I think thats its name, the one with the guy who has needles all over his head)
Yep that's the one, his name is Pinhead.hellraiser (I think thats its name, the one with the guy who has needles all over his head)
Mine, I guess if you can really consider it horror, Army of Darkness. It's more of a comedy than horror to me.
You can't move the furniture anymore
And I'm not gonna trip and fall
Going for the door
Fuzz - Helen Keller
I would say Hellraiser II is the best, and Army of Darkness is so good it transcends the genre of "horror."
My vote goes for "The Abominable Doctor Faust."
“Cry ‘Havoc’ and let slip the dogs of war! - Julius Caesar, Act III, Scene I
Well it's definitely NOT The Exorcist: The Beginning (N) what a stinker!
Fave... hmm, Evil Dead!
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
Down the Noldor's proudest king.
Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.
- Blind Guardian
Shaun of the Dead was also really funny, and would come a close runner up for me.
The guy asked for horror movies, not splatters and comedies! Just because its a parody on a horror doesnt mean it belongs here
i agree the old horror films are the best, if you can find it dig up the orginal hauntign not the new one with liam neeson but the black and white no ghost but some tense moments i love that film
WELL SAID, NO MORE SQUATS THEY ARE DEAD GET OVER ITOriginally Posted by artificer
Reefer Madness! Phew, how scary was that! I mean come on!
On a lighter note though: I would have to say the original.. Night of the Living Dead!
Because the first time I watched it I was 10 years old and at home alone, and wouldn't you know it just at the scariest part of the movie a helicopter flew over my house and shone its spotlight through the livingroom window right on me!! I screamed so loud I nearly wet myself with the effort!! :o
It was the cops keeping trying to keep up with a guy on foot. :glare:
